Job Description
This role involves managing and developing customer relationships within the infrastructure sector by leveraging GIS technology, identifying growth opportunities, and providing solutions to optimize organizational operations. The position requires a combination of sales, technical knowledge, and industry understanding to support customer success and expand the adoption of Esri's geospatial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders.
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology.
- Execute account management and sales processes for opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement account strategies.
- Research industry trends and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales and or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Able to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
