Job Description

This role involves building relationships with customers in the infrastructure sector to promote and implement Esri's GIS technology solutions, focusing on account management, sales growth, and industry expertise to support organizational needs and expand adoption of geospatial technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations.
  • Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs, industry knowledge, and key stakeholders.
  • Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology.
  • Conduct research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs.
  • Execute account management and sales processes to close opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies.
  • Leverage domain knowledge to support visual storytelling and propose solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
  • Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
  • Understanding of account planning and opportunity strategy creation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
  • Bachelor's degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Base salary range of $72,800 to $131,040 USD
