Job Description
This role involves building relationships with clients in infrastructure sectors, promoting Esri's GIS technology solutions, and managing account strategies to drive business growth and customer success through consulting, sales, and industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and develop location strategies for organizations
- Maintain a pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers
- Understand customer needs, industry trends, and key stakeholders
- Use solution selling to address customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Esri technology
- Execute account management and sales processes to meet targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement account strategies
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars to promote Esri solutions
- Conduct research and professional development to stay informed on industry trends and customer needs
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience.
- Experience creating partnerships and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with customers.
- Understanding of account management, account planning, and opportunity strategy creation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GIS and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers.
- Ability to negotiate, present, and support visual storytelling across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%.
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, surveying, engineering, business administration, or a related field.

Base salary range of $93,600 to $176,800 USD
