Job Description
An experienced writer editor responsible for providing communications, writing, and copyediting support for a federal agency, working onsite in Washington, D.C., on a one-year contract with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide communications, writing, and copyediting support for federal agency programs and management
- Edit and review documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
- Support the development of written materials for various communication channels
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An experienced writer editor is required to provide communications, writing, and copyediting support.
- The position is a one-year contract with potential for extension.
- The person hired for this role will work on-site at the offices of a federal agency in downtown Washington, D.C.
- The candidate must have the ability to provide support for the federal agency's programs and management.
