The Document Production Specialist supports the preparation and formatting of technical reports, develops accessible documents, manages files and project tracking tools, and provides office and event support in a fast-paced research and consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of technical reports in Microsoft Word, including formatting and proofreading
Develop and import complex tables, insert figures and graphics into documents
Create accessible documents compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
Maintain organized files and tracking spreadsheets
Develop and update project planning tools such as action item trackers, project calendars, and flow charts
Provide office management and staff support
Support event planning tasks as assigned
Requirements
The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
