Job Description
The Quality Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive quality program across various client projects and internal operations, ensuring the quality of deliverables and documents through close collaboration with program teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive quality program for client projects and internal operations
- Collaborate with program managers, project teams, and stakeholders to monitor and improve the quality of deliverables and documents
- Monitor, report, and enhance the quality of written products and documentation
Requirements
- The qualified individual must be highly motivated with the skills to prioritize, perform, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing, implementing, and overseeing a quality program comprising numerous and varied client programs and internal operations.
- Ability to work closely with program managers, project teams, and other stakeholders to monitor, report, and enhance the quality of written deliverables, documents, and products.
