Job Description
The IT Program Manager will lead the development, delivery, and ongoing support of a critical web-based internal tool for government use, ensuring compliance, usability, and alignment with organizational goals while serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of a web-based internal tool.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive program execution from inception through delivery and sustain long-term operations and maintenance.
- Ensure continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- Experience leading the creation, delivery, and ongoing operational support of web-based internal tools in a government or similar environment.
- Ability to serve as the primary bridge between technical delivery teams, Sponsor stakeholders, and complex regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of driving program execution from inception through delivery and sustaining long-term operations and maintenance (O M ).
- Experience ensuring continuous compliance, high usability, and alignment with organizational strategic goals for software or system solutions.
- Strong leadership skills capable of managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage program scope, schedule, and resources effectively in a complex environment.
- Experience working with non-technical end-users to provide compliant and intuitive access to functionality.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to government or federal systems, including compliance standards.
- Ability to adapt and modify or adjust the position as needed to meet organizational changing needs (implied by the discretion to modify or adjust the job description).
