Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent for Enviva's operational and corporate roles, while promoting the company's employer brand and supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting offers, and onboarding.
- Coordinate interview schedules, panels, candidate travel, and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and utilize analytics to track recruiting efficiency.
- Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Utilize sourcing platforms to identify top talent, including passive candidates.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
- Represent Enviva as an employer of choice at career fairs, recruiting events, and on social media.
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community partners to develop talent pipelines.
- Create dashboards and presentations to analyze recruiting metrics and report insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in recruitment talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems and ATS systems required.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven success of operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Resourceful and able to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent customer service in a professional and diverse environment.
- Ability to pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA.
- Able to work on computer screen format for up to twelve hours a day.
- Ability to periodically travel to other Enviva sites (25% or less).
- Required travel to career fairs and other recruiting events.
- Must be able to commute to Raleigh office for critical in-person events and meetings as needed.
