Job Description
The role involves managing and maintaining the CMMS system to optimize facility management processes, providing reports and analysis for decision-making, and training staff on system usage within a sustainable wood bioenergy company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the D365 Dynaway CMMS system for functionality and accuracy
- Facilitate spare parts database in CMMS and assist plants with setup
- Train maintenance and management staff on system operation and compliance
- Collaborate with IT to test and validate system upgrades and changes
- Manage user rights and access within the CMMS system
- Generate reports and provide analysis for equipment replacement, spare part health, and capital planning
Requirements
- Experience with maintaining a CMMS system such as D365 Dynaway or SAP preferred.
- Proven success in office administration.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
- Excellent Computer Skills to include proficiency in Excel and Word Documents.
- Work with corporate IT to test and validate upgrades and changes.
- Manage user rights and changes within the CMMS system.
- Able to work on computer screen format for up to ten hours a day.
- Able to work around moving equipment and machinery.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA.
- Travel to and from the plant 10% of the time.
