Job Description
The Technical Program Manager will support the integration of distributed energy resource partners with EnergyHub's platform, managing project launches, partner support, and process development to expand the ecosystem of connected energy devices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with DER device partners to facilitate API integration and enable participation in utility programs
- Communicate implementation requirements, technical documentation, and identify risks with device partners
- Create, manage, and deliver onboarding and technical content for partners throughout the integration process
- Own the triage process for partner issues and bugs, ensuring resolution and communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and shepherd new partner-related product capabilities
- Monitor partner progress through the integration process, escalating or influencing as needed to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and deliver technical specifications to partners in collaboration with product and engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
- A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related technologies.
- Experience working in a consulting environment or coordinating with third-party business and technical teams.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
- Proven experience building new processes and rolling them out to teams and departments.
- Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
