The Inventory Manager oversees material management activities at an active energy storage construction site, ensuring accurate inventory control of materials, supplies, and equipment, while supporting project flexibility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee material management activities supporting the Battery Energy Storage System and Customer Demonstration Unit
Ensure accurate inventory control of materials, supplies, parts, and specialized equipment
Adjust inventory and material handling processes in response to project scope changes
Act as a liaison between operational disciplines to support material availability and integrity
Maintain material integrity and availability to support innovation and rapid project iteration
Attend daily onsite at an active construction site and manage outdoor work conditions
Requirements
Must have experience in overseeing all material management activities that support energy storage systems and related projects, including inventory control of materials, supplies, parts, and specialized equipment.
Must be able to adjust to frequent changes in project scope and act as a bridge between a variety of operational disciplines.
Must ensure material integrity and availability to support innovation and rapid iteration.
Must have the ability to attend daily onsite at an active construction site, which includes working in a mobile construction trailer.
Must be able to work outdoors at times, with exposure to inclement weather conditions including extreme heat or cold weather.
