Job Description
The Technology Project Manager II - AI Initiatives at Energy Solutions is responsible for coordinating the design, evaluation, and deployment of AI-focused technology projects across the enterprise, working closely with IT and business teams to implement AI solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate AI projects from concept through deployment, including pilot phases
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI technologies and vendors
- Lead cross-functional AI pilot initiatives and assess their outcomes
- Document technical requirements, usage scenarios, and best practices for AI tools
- Manage organizational change and ensure adoption of AI solutions
- Maintain records on AI tools, policies, and procedures
- Provide progress reports and insights to senior leadership
- Partner with Learning and Development to create and facilitate AI training for staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology project management, IT, or digital transformation.
- Experience managing data and application security in AI platforms.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail in documentation.
- Skilled in translating technical details into accessible language for business audiences.
- Highly effective engagement and communication skills with an emphasis on presenting technical concepts to a variety of project stakeholders.
- Exceptionally organized and able to balance multiple priorities, meet timelines and budget, and proactively escalate scope, schedule, and budget risks.
- Ability to work effectively independently with minimum supervision.
Benefits & Perks
Salary range: 92,058 - 118,019 with a target compensation of 100,000 - 110,000 based on experience and qualifications
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package

Work environment: predominantly remote workforce with offices in six locations, flexible in-office attendance requirements
