A Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions, integrations, and automation to support energy and utility programs, working collaboratively within a growing IT team in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce technical issues and system errors
Support end users with Salesforce functionality, access, and reporting
Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for operational and leadership needs
Perform system updates and ensure compatibility with Salesforce release cycles
Review and optimize data models, automation logic, and platform governance
Support system audits to ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data governance standards
Test and implement Salesforce upgrades and feature releases
Provide training and documentation on new Salesforce functionalities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Certified in Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II.
Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience supporting multiple Salesforce instances or multi-org environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security model, and release management.
Demonstrated proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and web services.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical documentation skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and non-technical users.
Support end users with Salesforce functionality, access, and reporting needs.

Familiarity with data migration, portal integrations, and case management configurations.
