TEMPORARY
Job Description
A temporary full-time position supporting the Energy Efficiency Programs team by processing rebate claims, managing data, and providing administrative assistance in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- •Create and manage payee and user accounts through the online platform
- •Review and verify rebate claims, including supporting documents and eligibility compliance
- •Generate and manage bulk data files for processing rebate claims
- •Format Excel spreadsheets and upload data to internal systems
- •Provide support on ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team supervisor
Requirements
- •At least 1 year of experience in administrative support or data entry
- •Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- •Strong business writing skills with attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- •Proficient in spreadsheet management and intermediate database use
- •Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- •Able to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- •Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, accountability, and ownership of work
- •Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- •Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Willingness to work onsite at least one day per week, preferably Wednesdays, with flexibility to work remotely on other days
- •Ability to create and manage payee and user accounts through an online platform
- •Ability to review and verify rebate claims, including evaluation of supporting documents and compliance with eligibility requirements
- •Ability to generate and manage bulk data files for processing
- •Ability to format Excel spreadsheets and upload data to internal systems
- •Ability to support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the team supervisor
- •Ability to perform background checks and pass a drug screen as preconditions of employment
- •Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
