A Senior Project Manager role focused on building electrification and decarbonization strategies, overseeing market transformation programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to advance residential decarbonization initiatives in California within a mission-driven, mostly remote company.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute program vision, strategy, and deliverables for market transformation initiatives
Manage project portfolios related to building electrification and decarbonization efforts
Communicate progress and updates to management, clients, and external stakeholders
Lead and guide a team conducting market research and data analysis
Oversee project budgets and tasks with minimal supervision
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagement sessions
Track industry trends impacting energy efficiency and decarbonization
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in an energy, engineering, or environmental related discipline.
A minimum of 8 years of work experience, with graduate school years applicable.
A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to conduct large, collaborative, facilitated sessions.
Strong technical writing, data analysis, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage tactical and strategic tasks.
Strong client communication and client relationship management skills.
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Office365, SharePoint, and OneNote.
Ability to work, drive, and thrive juggling many activities and communications.
Willingness to conduct occasional business travel.

Salary range of $92,000 to $125,000 annually, with a target compensation of $92,000 to $106,250 based on experience and qualifications
