Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountability
Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutions
Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risks
Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility
Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and governance processes
Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and drive stakeholder accountability
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Self-motivated, driven, and collaborative
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
