Custodial

• Ability to lift and transport supplies delivered to ESRT. • Assist with all aspects of sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting (corridors, bathrooms, offices, lobby, elevators, loading docks, air conditioning units, sidewalks, stairs, snow removal, lay out rain mats etc.) if management deems necessary. • Clean all corridors, grills, louvers, saddles, tracks, and ceiling vents of dust and debris build up. • Keep compliant with all recycling initiatives and responsibilities. • Communicate with tenants and guests in a timely, respectful, and professional manner • Comply with ESRT quality assurance expectations and standards. • Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers. • Report any damages and issues to the management office along with supporting in minor fixes such as replacement of all lights that are burnt out. • Respond and Complete all work order requests by end of day and submit daily report cards • Shovel snow and apply salt when snow or icy conditions exist. • Utilize all safety equipment, PPE, and material while working. • Will be expected to inspect areas and fill out inspection reports. • Work as directed by supervisor or designee • Take inventory of all supplies weekly and give information to management team
