Requirements
- Proactive and curious Talent Sourcer with the ability to identify and engage top technical specialists
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies and build high quality talent pipelines for the Talent Acquisition team
- Strong understanding of the IT market
- Creativity and persistence in sourcing activities
- Willingness to work in offices located in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or remotely in Ukraine
