- Build high-quality talent pipelines
Requirements
- Proactive and curious Talent Sourcer
- Ability to identify and engage top technical specialists
- Experience in developing sourcing strategies
- Experience in building high quality talent pipelines for a Talent Acquisition team
- Strong understanding of the IT market
- Creativity and persistence in sourcing activities
- Willingness to work in offices located in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or remotely in Ukraine
