Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee health insurance projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager in the health insurance domain.
- Proven track record of managing projects within the health insurance industry, specifically with enterprise ecosystem solutions.
- Ability to deliver secure, high-quality technology solutions for enterprise ecosystems in the health insurance sector.
- Experience working with top-5 health insurance companies in the USA or similar scale organizations serving over 25 million members.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering value through software development, QA, R&D, design, technology consulting, or managing dedicated teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders across different locations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in managing projects in a software development environment, including planning, execution, and delivery.
