Job Description
A Program Portfolio Manager responsible for overseeing software development projects in the pharmaceutical and biopharma automation sector, with a focus on streamlining workflows and supporting large-scale production, based in Germany with onsite work required in Gottingen.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the program portfolio related to biopharma process automation projects.
- Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Support the development and implementation of software solutions for drug and vaccine manufacturing.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Gottingen, Germany, 1 day per week
- Experience in program or portfolio management within the pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment industry
- Proven experience in developing and managing software solutions for biopharma process automation, including drug and vaccine manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to support the transition from development to large-scale production of pharmaceutical products
- Strong understanding of workflows in pharmaceutical research and laboratory environments
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects and teams to achieve strategic objectives in a regulated industry
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- Educational background relevant to project or program management, such as a degree in life sciences, engineering, or related fields (implied but not explicitly specified in the posting)
