Job Description
The Program Portfolio Manager in Germany will oversee and coordinate software development projects for biopharma process automation, supporting the transition from development to large-scale production, with a requirement to work onsite in Gottingen one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the program portfolio related to biopharma process automation projects.
- Coordinate with onsite and remote teams to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Support the development and implementation of software solutions for drug and vaccine manufacturing.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Gottingen, Germany, 1 day per week
- Experience in program or portfolio management within the pharmaceutical or laboratory equipment industry
- Proven experience in developing and managing software solutions for biopharma process automation, including drug and vaccine manufacturing
- Demonstrated ability to support the transition from development to large-scale production of pharmaceutical products
- Strong understanding of workflows in pharmaceutical research and laboratory environments
- Experience in streamlining workflows and reducing human error in critical projects
- Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple applications and projects
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Educational background relevant to project or program management (specific degree requirements not explicitly stated but implied)
