Job Description
The Personnel Records Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and administrative tasks related to personnel data in Lviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain personnel records accurately
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- Update employee information and documentation in HR systems
Requirements
- Experience in managing personnel records or human capital administration
- Ability to maintain and organize personnel records accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of relevant data entry and record-keeping procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using computer software related to personnel records management
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with other departments
- Ability to work in Lviv or relocate to Lviv as required
