Job Description
The Personnel Records Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and administrative tasks related to personnel data in Lviv.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain personnel records accurately
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards
- Update employee information and documentation in HR systems
Requirements
- Experience in managing personnel records or human capital administration
- Ability to accurately maintain and update personnel records
- Knowledge of personnel record-keeping procedures and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using relevant software or systems for personnel records management
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong organizational skills to manage personnel documentation efficiently
