A Human Resources Data Analyst responsible for transforming complex HR data into actionable insights, supporting the company's HR transformation and Workday implementation across multiple locations in Ukraine.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex HR data to generate clear, actionable insights for business and HR leaders
- Utilize Power BI to visualize and interpret HR data
- Work with AI tools to enhance data analysis processes
- Support the implementation of Workday across the organization
Requirements
- Experience working with Power BI to analyze and visualize HR data
- Comfortable using AI tools for data analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve data puzzles
- Passion for turning complex HR data into clear, actionable insights for business and HR leaders
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments
- Confidence in working with HR data and related systems
