Job Description
A Change Management Training Specialist responsible for designing and delivering training, creating communication materials, and working with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training and enablement programs for organizational, process, and technology changes
- Create communication and adoption materials to facilitate change
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure employee understanding, acceptance, and sustainability of change
- Increase change readiness and reduce resistance during implementation of new tools, systems, or operating models
- Improve end-user adoption of new processes and technologies
Requirements
- Design and deliver effective change management training and enablement to ensure employees understand, embrace, and sustain organizational, process, and technology changes.
- Create communication and adoption materials to support change initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to increase change readiness, reduce resistance, and improve end-user adoption during implementations of new tools, systems, or operating models.
