Job Description
A Market Research and Financial and Energy Modeling Intern at Electrified Thermal Solutions will support the development of go-to-market strategies and commercial offerings for renewable energy thermal storage technology, working closely with leadership to help deploy solutions that decarbonize industrial heat globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to support go-to-market strategies for renewable energy technology.
- Develop financial and energy models to evaluate the commercial viability of the Joule Hive thermal batteries.
- Assist in creating a commercial strategy and value proposition for deploying thermal batteries in industrial settings.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the future of renewable energy technology deployment.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program related to market research, finance, energy modeling, or a related field.
- Ability to develop and contribute to Go-to-Market strategies and commercial offerings for renewable energy technology applications.
- Experience or skills in creating financial and energy models relevant to renewable energy or industrial heat applications.
- Ability to work directly with leadership, including reporting to the Vice President of Business Development.
- Strong analytical skills to support market research and financial modeling tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to contribute to developing commercial strategies and value propositions.
- Ability to work in a startup environment that involves executing through uncertainty and moving toward the problem.
- Demonstrated ability to work on diverse teams and with a diverse range of people.
