Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the go-to-market and marketing strategy and execution for EP Cube in Italy, focusing on the residential energy storage segment. As Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end marketing planning, execution, and performance management to strengthen EP Cube’s brand, drive qualified leads, and support revenue growth in the Italian market.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and HQ Marketing to ensure integrated campaigns, strong regional alignment, and measurable impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of progressive marketing experience in renewable energy, storage, solar, or related industries.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across B2B/B2C channels.
Strong understanding of distribution marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Proven ability to manage external agencies, vendors, and event partners.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
Prior experience in cross-cultural collaboration; exposure to Asian business environment is a plus.
Cost‑driven and performance‑oriented; strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Detail‑focused with excellent follow‑through; disciplined in SOPs and documentation control.
Clear communicator and negotiator with carriers/3PLs and internal teams.
Analytical mindset; comfortable with KPIs and continuous improvement.
