Job Description
This internship role involves supporting talent acquisition and office operations for a company developing innovative carbon utilization technologies, with responsibilities including recruiting, onboarding, office management, and employee experience enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and outreach to talent for technical and other roles via LinkedIn and talent boards
- Write outreach content, pitch decks, and manage recruitment campaigns
- Coordinate onsite interviews and ensure positive candidate experience
- Manage and update recruitment resources, including job descriptions and scorecards
- Handle daily office operations, including supplies, deliveries, and guest reception
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to manage office relationships
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Act as main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding office matters and benefits
- Assist foreign employees with settling in France and administrative tasks
- Organize team-building activities and employee engagement events
Requirements
- Possess a great academic track record or other outstanding achievements, with no previous experience or training in HR required.
- Ability to source talent for all roles on LinkedIn and other talent boards and conduct outreach campaigns, especially for technical roles.
- Experience in writing persuasive outreach content, including messages, pitch decks, and other outreach materials for each role.
- Ability to manage and build resources for talent acquisition, including managing job boards, writing scorecards, and creating job descriptions.
- Experience in coordinating onsite interviews and ensuring a positive candidate experience onsite.
- Ownership of junior-level recruitments, including interns, apprentices, and technicians, with the potential to expand to more roles as growth and performance allow.
- Assist in daily office operations, including managing supplies, receiving deliveries, welcoming guests, and ensuring general upkeep of the office.
- Liaise, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure all investors, partners, clients, and candidates have a great experience onsite.
- Coordinate all onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding office matters, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Assist foreign Dioxyclers with settling in France, including helping them contact French administration, banks, etc.
- Organize team-building activities once per month in Paris and in San Francisco, including lunches, breakfasts, and celebrations.
