Job Description
A Technical Writer at Diamond Foundry Inc. will be responsible for rapidly developing, standardizing, and maintaining operational documentation for the company's advanced manufacturing facility, working closely with technical experts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in procedures related to diamond wafer production.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, standardize, and maintain operational documentation for the manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with technical experts to capture complex maintenance and production processes
- Ensure procedural clarity and compliance across all documentation
Requirements
- Experience in building, standardizing, and maintaining operational documentation for manufacturing or technical facilities, with the ability to rapidly develop critical documentation.
- Ability to collaborate closely with technical experts to capture complex maintenance and production processes, ensuring procedural clarity and compliance across all documentation.
- Proficiency in technical writing with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site at the Fremont location.
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Physical ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Capability to perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Ability to drive or use foot controls as required for some tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
