Job Description
The Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Manager will lead the development and implementation of safety programs in a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture to manage industrial risks and complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive safety culture across the organization
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
- Manage chemical process safety and hazardous materials handling
- Lead the development and strengthening of safety infrastructure within a high-tech manufacturing environment
- Partner cross-functionally to build scalable and robust EHS systems aligned with operational growth
Requirements
- Developing and driving a proactive safety culture across the organization within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance related to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Addressing the technical complexity and industrial risks associated with advanced manufacturing processes, including chemical process safety and hazardous materials management.
- Bringing strong leadership capabilities to lead and strengthen the safety infrastructure.
- Having hands-on industrial experience in environmental, health, and safety management within a manufacturing setting.
- Partnering cross-functionally to build scalable and robust EHS systems aligned with operational growth.
