Job Description

A Technical Program Manager at Diamond Foundry Inc. is responsible for leading the planning and execution of critical diamond technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment focused on sustainable diamond wafer production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of critical diamond technology projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage risks proactively to ensure project success.
  • Guide teams toward shared goals and remove obstacles promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • A seasoned Technical Program Manager with experience in successfully executing critical technology projects, particularly in diamond technology or related fields.
  • Ability to bring strategic cross-functional planning, clarity, and proactive risk management to project execution.
  • Proven track record of guiding teams toward shared objectives and swiftly removing obstacles to project progress.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive as an agile leader in a dynamic environment.
  • Impeccable communication skills suitable for coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex projects related to manufacturing, engineering, or high-tech industries is preferred.
  • Physical ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures in manufacturing and engineering environments.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
  • Ability to use ladders or stairs as required for tasks.
  • Ability to drive or operate foot controls if necessary for tasks.
  • Physical strength to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S., confirmed through participation in E-Verify and completion of Form I-9.
