Job Description
The Technical Program Manager at Diamond Foundry Inc. is responsible for leading and coordinating critical diamond technology projects, ensuring strategic planning, risk management, and team collaboration to support the company's innovative manufacturing of single-crystal diamond wafers for high-tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of critical diamond technology projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage risks proactively to ensure project success.
- Guide teams toward shared goals and remove obstacles to progress.
Requirements
- Experience in managing the successful execution of critical technology projects, demonstrating strategic cross-functional planning, clarity, and proactive risk management.
- Ability to guide teams toward shared objectives and swiftly remove obstacles to project progress.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable communication skills suitable for coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Physical ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures in manufacturing and engineering environments.
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Capability to perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Ability to drive or use foot controls as needed for certain tasks.
- Physical strength to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
