The Showroom Manager at VRAI is responsible for enhancing the in-person customer experience, building strong client relationships, and leading a team of jewelry sales specialists in a fast-growing, sustainable diamond jewelry brand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the in-person shopping experience at VRAI showroom.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to create memorable experiences.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of jewelry sales specialists.
Drive sales of sustainably created diamond jewelry through customer engagement.
Ensure the showroom operates effectively and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements
The candidate must have experience in managing a retail showroom or store, with the ability to develop and lead a team of jewelry sales specialists.
The candidate must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey and have experience in growing the in-person shopping experience.
The candidate must have a strong passion for selling, coaching, and creating memorable customer experiences related to jewelry, specifically diamonds.
The candidate must be reasonably tech-savvy, with the ability to utilize technology effectively in a retail environment.
The candidate must be able to build strong customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers during life’s special milestones.
The candidate must be physically able to perform the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
The candidate must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
The candidate must be available to work onsite at the designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence.
The candidate must be eligible to work in the United States and be able to pass E-Verify verification, providing Form I-9 documentation as required.
