Job Description
A Showroom Keyholder responsible for leading daily operations, coaching staff, enhancing guest experience, driving sales, and supporting showroom management, with opportunities for growth into a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily showroom operations in the absence of the showroom manager
- Coach and develop new and existing team members
- Act as a Guest Experience Manager to ensure a first-in-class guest experience
- Drive sales and achieve showroom sales goals
- Empower the team to perform effectively in real-time
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role within a showroom or retail environment, with the ability to run the showroom in the absence of the showroom manager
- Ability to oversee daily operations and provide leadership in onboarding and developing new team members
- Passion for selling and an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Experience or potential to grow into a Showroom Manager role
