Job Description
A hands-on Equipment Engineer responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of advanced manufacturing equipment used in diamond wafer production, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a cutting-edge, environmentally sustainable tech manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of advanced manufacturing equipment, including planning, installation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of machinery used in diamond production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maximize equipment performance.
Requirements
- Possess a complete understanding of the entire lifecycle of advanced manufacturing equipment, including planning, installation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Demonstrate experience working hands-on with manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
- Ensure the safety, efficiency, and reliability of machinery used in diamond production processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maximize equipment performance.
- Follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Perform tasks that may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- Lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Possess physical capability to meet the physical demands of the manufacturing and engineering departments as described.
- Be authorized to work in the United States, confirmed through participation in E-Verify and completion of Form I-9.
