A hands-on Semiconductor Materials Engineer responsible for designing, fabricating, and characterizing advanced semiconductor devices using diamond materials in a collaborative lab environment, with a focus on high-power and RF applications.

Requirements
A hands-on Semiconductor Materials Engineer with experience in designing, fabricating, and characterizing advanced semiconductor devices in a highly collaborative lab environment.
Deep understanding of semiconductor materials device physics.
Experience working in cleanroom experimentation, including materials integration for high-power and RF device applications.
Ability to take responsibility for device performance and tackle technical challenges related to materials integration.
Curiosity, self-driven motivation, and a strong sense of ownership and impact in technical work.
Willingness to work closely with teammates and contribute to a collaborative environment.
Physical ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, including sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, and completing repetitive motions.
Ability to perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
Ability to drive or use foot controls as required for certain tasks.
Physical strength to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
