The Power Electronic Product Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing high-voltage component and system-level tests, analyzing data, and improving test processes to support the characterization and production of advanced diamond-based semiconductor products.
Key Responsibilities
Own and perform high-voltage component and system-level testing.
Design test circuits and develop test programs and hardware.
Analyze test data to evaluate component and system performance.
Drive continuous improvement in characterization and production testing processes.
Requirements
Experience as a Power Electronic Test Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on high-voltage component and system-level testing.
Ability to be the technical owner for all high-voltage component and system-level testing, driving continuous improvement for both characterization and production.
Proven experience in designing test circuits for power electronics applications.
Experience analyzing data related to power electronic components and systems.
Ability to manage the development and maintenance of test programs and hardware related to power electronics testing.
Hands-on approach to testing and troubleshooting power electronic systems and components.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address complex technical issues in power electronics testing.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and customers.
Physical ability to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Physical capability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
Some tasks may require the use of ladders or stairs.
Some tasks may require driving or the use of foot controls.
Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
