Job Description
The Office Operations Manager at Diamond Foundry Inc. is responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture by managing office operations, supporting events and high-profile visitors, and creating a strong sense of community within the company's Bay Area locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee office operations to ensure a positive and productive environment
- Serve as the ambassador of workplace culture for Bay Area locations
- Provide exceptional experience for team members, guests, and vendors
- Coordinate and support key events and high-profile visitors
- Foster a strong sense of community and build relationships within the organization
Requirements
- The candidate must be highly organized and a natural relationship-builder who thrives on creating a strong sense of community.
- The candidate must be able to serve as the ambassador of the workplace culture for the Bay Area locations.
- The candidate must be capable of managing a wide range of office operations and providing an exceptional experience for team members, guests, and vendors.
- The candidate must be able to play a key part in bridging the connection between the company's locations and providing executive support for key events and high-profile visitors.
- The candidate must be able to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures related to manufacturing and engineering departments.
- The candidate must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- The candidate must be able to use ladders or stairs as required for some tasks.
- The candidate must be able to drive or use foot controls for some tasks.
- The candidate must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
