Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing the equipment manufacturing line to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of diamond wafers, focusing on process development and continuous improvement to maintain operational excellence and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and sustain the equipment manufacturing line
- Ensure equipment is built safely, reliably, and in a repeatable manner
- Optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency
- Drive continuous, incremental process improvements on the production floor
- Maintain operational excellence and product quality
Requirements
- Utilize a minimum of 5 years of experience in process development and optimization to support and sustain equipment manufacturing lines.
- Ensure that equipment is built in a safe, repeatable, and reliable manner while maximizing efficiency.
- Drive continuous, incremental improvements across the production floor to maintain operational excellence and product quality.
