Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting and optimizing the equipment manufacturing line to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production of diamond wafers, focusing on process development and continuous improvement to maintain operational excellence and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and sustain the equipment manufacturing line
  • Ensure equipment is built safely, repeatedly, and reliably
  • Maximize manufacturing efficiency
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous, incremental improvements across the production floor

Requirements

  • Utilize a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering to support and sustain equipment manufacturing lines.
  • Ensure that equipment is built in a safe, repeatable, and reliable manner while maximizing efficiency.
  • Focus on process development and optimization to drive continuous, incremental improvements across the production floor.
  • Maintain operational excellence and product quality through process improvements.
  • Support the manufacturing line in a technical role responsible for equipment support and sustainment.
