Job Description
The Lead System Engineer at Diamond Foundry is responsible for deploying and developing kilowatt power laser machines, coordinating cross-functional teams to improve and implement these technologies across multiple facilities, and mentoring other engineers to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and develop kilowatt power laser machines across facilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of mechanical, electrical, automation, optical, software, and system engineers to improve and implement laser technologies.
- Mentor engineering team members and oversee multiple projects to completion.
Requirements
- Responsible for the deployment and development of kilowatt power laser machines at Diamond Foundry, used across various facilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of mechanical, electrical, automation, optical, software, and system engineers to improve and deploy laser technologies company-wide.
- Mentor other engineers and oversee several projects to completion.
- Work out of the Fremont location.
