Job Description
The Facilities Manager will oversee the maintenance, repair, and infrastructure projects of a high-tech diamond manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, utility systems performance, and uninterrupted production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep, repair, and expansion of facility infrastructure
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Optimize equipment utilization to meet production goals and maintain 100% facility uptime
- Lead projects related to process cooling water, UPS, HVAC, ultra-high-purity gas distribution, clean room, and electrical infrastructure
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing facility infrastructure, utility systems, and critical support projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Proven track record of optimizing equipment utilization to meet production goals and achieve 100% facilities uptime.
- Experience managing projects related to process cooling water systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), HVAC systems, ultra-high-purity gas distribution, clean room environments, and electrical infrastructure.
- Ability to oversee the upkeep, repair, and implementation of new additions to the facility infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of high-tech manufacturing operations to ensure uninterrupted, efficient, and high-performance production processes.
