Key Responsibilities
Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey to enhance their retail experience
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty
Sell diamonds, emphasizing their sustainable creation and craftsmanship
Requirements
Must have experience in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' life milestones.
Must be able to serve as a trusted advisor in the customer journey, contributing to growing the retail experience at VRAI.
Must have a genuine interest in selling diamonds that are created sustainably and align with VRAI's values of innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
Must be willing to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence.
Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
