Job Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and expansion of the company's facility, managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment reliability, optimal performance, and 100% uptime to support production of diamond wafers for advanced tech industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upkeep, repair, and addition of new facilities and equipment
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure equipment reliability and performance
- Optimize equipment utilization to meet production goals and achieve 100% facility uptime
Requirements
- Overseeing the upkeep, repair, and new additions to the facility, including managing a team of engineers and technicians.
- Ensuring equipment reliability and performance to meet production goals and achieve 100% facility uptime.
- Managing a team of engineers and technicians involved in facility operations.
- Following all safety policies, practices, and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Perform tasks that may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- Lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
