The Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Manager will lead and develop safety programs within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture to manage industrial risks and complex processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement safety infrastructure within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment
Drive a proactive safety culture across the organization
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Address technical complexities and industrial risks related to manufacturing processes, including chemical process safety and hazardous materials management
Partner cross-functionally to build scalable and robust EHS systems aligned with operational growth
Requirements
Experience in developing and driving a proactive safety culture within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Ability to ensure full regulatory compliance related to environmental, health, and safety standards.
Experience addressing technical complexity and industrial risks associated with advanced manufacturing processes, including chemical process safety and hazardous materials management.
Strong leadership capabilities to lead and strengthen safety infrastructure.
Hands-on industrial experience in environmental, health, and safety management.
