The Director of Talent will lead talent acquisition and retention efforts to support the company's growth in advanced tech manufacturing, focusing on securing top engineering and technical expertise while enhancing talent strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire talent acquisition and retention lifecycle.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure top engineering and technical talent.
Enhance and elevate existing talent acquisition processes.
Define and communicate the company's talent vision and staffing goals.
Collaborate with management to align talent strategies with company growth and expansion plans.
Requirements
Own the entire talent acquisition and retention lifecycle, including taking existing processes to the next level and defining the talent vision for the company.
Secure and attract world-class engineering and specialized technical expertise.
Be strategic in talent planning while also being hands-on in managing talent acquisition and retention activities.
Possess the ability to support and implement improvements to existing talent processes and strategies.
Comply with all applicable state and federal laws related to employment and ensure manufacturing and engineering departments adhere to the highest standards of legal and regulatory compliance.
Meet physical requirements including: using appropriate PPE and following all safety policies, sitting, standing for long periods, walking, grasping, reaching with hands and arms, lifting below and above shoulders, bending, twisting at the waist, climbing, balancing, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, talking, hearing, seeing, using fine finger manipulation, completing repetitive motions, and possibly using ladders or stairs.
Be capable of driving or using foot controls as required.
