Job Description
The Director of Talent at Diamond Foundry Inc. is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition and retention strategies to support the company's growth, focusing on securing top engineering and technical talent while enhancing existing processes and defining the company's talent vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire talent acquisition and retention lifecycle.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure top engineering and technical talent.
- Enhance and elevate existing talent acquisition processes.
- Define and communicate the company's talent vision and strategy.
Requirements
- Own the entire talent acquisition and retention lifecycle, including owning and improving existing processes and defining the talent vision for the company.
- Secure and attract world-class engineering and specialized technical expertise to support the company's growth.
- Be strategic in talent planning while also being hands-on in managing talent acquisition activities.
- Meet physical requirements for manufacturing and engineering departments, including the ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Be able to use appropriate PPE and follow all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Perform tasks that may require the use of ladders or stairs.
- Perform tasks that may require driving or the use of foot controls.
- Lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
