Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI, focusing on selling sustainably created diamonds and providing memorable customer experiences in a showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey to enhance their experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the bridal jewelry business
- Sell sustainably created diamonds and jewelry products
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' special milestones.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey, indicating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for selling diamonds that are created sustainably.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-growing, digital-first direct-to-consumer environment and contribute to growing the VRAI brand.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, including showroom roles.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with employment verification through E-Verify and completion of Form I-9.
