Job Description
The job involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers, selling sustainably created diamonds, and helping to grow VRAI's bridal jewelry business through building strong customer relationships and providing memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey to enhance their experience.
- Sell sustainably created diamond jewelry, focusing on bridal collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to growing the VRAI brand and bridal jewelry business.
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' life milestones.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey, playing an integral role in growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably and be enthusiastic about the VRAI brand and its values.
- Must be willing and able to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence.
- Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
