Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to grow the bridal jewelry business
Sell sustainably created diamonds and jewelry products
Requirements
Must have experience in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' life milestones.
Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey, indicating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably, demonstrating alignment with VRAI's core values of innovation, craftsmanship, and sustainability.
Must be willing and able to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, as the role requires physical presence.
Must be able to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
Must be eligible to work in the United States, with employer participation in E-Verify and completion of Form I-9, and must be able to resolve any authorization issues if E-Verify cannot confirm work authorization.
