Job Description
A sales professional responsible for advising customers and growing the bridal jewelry business at VRAI, specializing in sustainably created diamonds, and providing a memorable customer experience in a showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their purchasing journey to enhance their experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the bridal jewelry business
- Sell diamonds, emphasizing sustainably created products
Requirements
- Must have experience in sales, specifically in selling diamonds or jewelry, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and create memorable experiences for customers' special milestones.
- Must be a trusted advisor in the customer journey, indicating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a passion for selling diamonds that are created sustainably and an interest in modernizing diamond jewelry.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-growing, digital-first, direct-to-consumer retail environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite at a designated VRAI facility for all scheduled work hours, with the physical ability to sit, stand for long periods, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, lift below and above shoulders, bend, twist at the waist, climb, balance, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, see, use fine finger manipulation, and complete repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 25 pounds.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States, with employer participation in E-Verify and the ability to provide Form I-9 documentation.
- Physical requirements are mandatory and specific to onsite roles, particularly showroom positions, and do not apply to remote or hybrid roles.
